The main reason behind this issue was the CD signal.our pcb doesn't dedicated CD (card detect) pin, I pick a gpio which input low by default as CD pin in dts file, after this ,that card detect function worked . I've looked at recent brcmfmac and mmc-core changes which may explain this and I've not found anything.
